ORDER
You can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal, Bancontact, Klarna, PayPal and Credit Card (American Express, Mastercard and Visa).
You are eligible for discount codes, which we distribute via our social media channels, promotions and newsletter. You are also eligible for a 10% welcome discount, after you have signed up for the newsletter. You apply the discount code by adding the code to the shopping cart.
After you have placed your order, you will receive your order confirmation by email. It is possible that it ends up in your spam mailbox.
Once you have placed your order, it is no longer possible to change or cancel your order and the return policy applies.
The processing time for orders is a maximum of 2 calendar days.

DELIVERY
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
You will receive your order within 2 working days after you have received your track & trace code.
It is not possible to collect your order.
Once you have placed your order, it is no longer possible to change your delivery address.
Consult your track & trace code to check where your order was delivered. If it says it was delivered to your home, consult the immediate vicinity of your home and neighbors.
RETURNS
You can return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further instructions.
Return costs depend on the carrier you choose and can be found on their websites.

After receiving your order, the inspection will take up to 2 calendar days to process. The refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

ACCOUNT
You create an account via ''log in'' on our website. You will then receive a login code by email.
Log in to your account by entering your email address on the login page. You will then receive a login code. Once you are logged in, you can adjust your details.
This is not necessary. For security reasons, we will send a new login code to your email each time.
You can sign up via the pop-up or at the bottom of the page on the website. You can unsubscribe via the newsletters you receive via email.
ASSORTMENT
We do not have a showroom or a physical store.
If a product is not available, this will be indicated on the website.
